Serving as a start of an inquiry to create a bridge between my two main mediums, photography and painting, these roughly A2 prints were created mostly during my first semester of painting masters study, late 2025. In these prints, the visual characteristics of the image are confronted with oil paint and its painterly qualities. The accurate documentation of a photograph is challenged by elements outside of what the captured moment has provided and its meaning is altered.
